As we begin a new year, we are reminded that the story of Paris and Henry County is one worth preserving. Every historic building, treasured artifact, family photograph, and community memory helps tell that story—and it is because of supporters like you that we can continue this important work.
The Paris-Henry County Heritage Center is dedicated to preserving our community's rich history through the care of historic buildings, collections, and archives while providing educational programs, exhibits, and events that connect people to our shared heritage.
This year, we are also focusing on improvements to the grounds and exterior of historic Cavitt Place, including restoration of the front terrace. These projects will help preserve one of our community's most treasured landmarks while creating a welcoming place for everyone to enjoy.
We invite you to become a member—or renew your membership—and partner with us in preserving the history of Paris and Henry County for future generations.
Your membership helps support:
Preservation of historic buildings, artifacts, and archives
Educational programs, exhibits, and community events
Restoration projects at Cavitt Place, including the front terrace
The continued sharing of our community's stories for generations to come
Membership is more than a contribution—it's an investment in our community's future. Every membership makes a meaningful difference, and we would be honored to have you join us.
Thank you for helping preserve the legacy of Paris and Henry County.
Together, we can ensure our history continues to inspire future generations.
With gratitude,
